Fourth of July Weddings

Talk about fireworks! As the ceremony ends and the officiant pronounces you husband and wife, what's more appropriate than a fireworks display? (Try not to catch the facility on fire.) Here are some more Fourth of July theme ideas:

It's July, so why not plan for an outdoor reception with red, white, and blue tablecloths?

Lead off the processional with a 1776 traditional drum and fife core. Consider using the "1812 Overture" for the recessional. How majestic!

Have your gown and those of your wedding party made in an eighteenth-century style.

Top off the cake with sparklers, and give children some sparklers to enjoy (with adult supervision).

Right before you and your partner exit, gather the entire reception out on the lawn and have a fireworks display to bring your wonderful day to a dramatic end.
